Link your motorhome to the My NiBi-app. – NiBi B2C englisch USA

To link a motorhome to the My NiBi-app, you need to create a customer account in the app. Once this requirement is met, you can connect the vehicle. However, it is important to distinguish between motorhomes with and without SCU. All the details are also explained in this video:

Motorhomes without SCU

In the “Vehicle” menu, tap “Add a Standard Vehicle”
Select “Start Connecting Vehicle” and enter the vehicle data manually
You will be prompted to enter various details, including the VIN, registration date, vehicle dimensions, and fuel tank capacity
Once all data has been entered, the vehicle is successfully linked

Note: App functions are limited because no SCU is installed.

Motorhomes with SCU

Enable Bluetooth in your smartphone settings
In the “Vehicle” menu, tap “Connect Smart Motorhome”
Scan the QR code provided when you picked up your motorhome
Review the vehicle details and update them if necessary (for example, license plate number, date of first registration, or add photos)
Tap “Connect Smart Vehicle”

Note: Arto models from model year 2025 onward and Flair models from model year 2026 onward are equipped standard with SCU.

Press the pairing button on the SCU and click “Next”
Then click “Yes”
The My NiBi-app will now connect to the SCU in the vehicle
The connection was successful; you can now use the full range of features
