If the 230-volt supply is not working, there may be several reasons for this. Here is a step-by-step guide to solving the problem.
1. Check the inverter settings on the multi control panel
- Is the “mains on” light on the multi control panel illuminated? If the light is illuminated, a 230-volt external power connection is available.
- Is the flip switch on the multi control panel set to “on”? Only then will the inverter operate in 230-volt mode.
- Does the current limit on the multi control panel match the value with which the power supply point at the parking space is fused? Adjust using the rotary knob if necessary.
- The system needs about two minutes after changes have been made to work as desired. Have you waited the necessary time?
2. Check fuses
- Are all RCDs in the correct position? If not, push the fuses up.
- Are all other fuses in the correct position? If not, push the fuses up.
If a fuse trips again after being reset once, please stop using the 230-volt system immediately. For further clarification, please contact a service partner.
3. Check the external power connection
- Is the external power connection displayed on the central control panel?
- Is there 230 volts at the charging station used?
- Are the plugs correctly inserted into the charging station and the motorhome?
- If used: Is the cable reel/extension cable rolled out correctly? Cables that are not completely rolled out can lead to overheating and, in the worst case, short circuits with fires.
- Has the thermal fuse of the cable reel tripped? If necessary, wait for the cable reel to cool down, then switch the fuse back on.
