If the 12-volt supply is not working, there may be several reasons for this. Here is a step-by-step guide to solving the problem.
1. Check the batteries
- Are all batteries turned on? Check the LED status: If all batteries are flashing green, they are turned on. If they are flashing a different color or not lighting up at all, turn the batteries off and then back on again.
- Are the DIP switches set correctly? DIP switches five and six must be set to “ON.”
- Are all batteries connected to each other? Check that all connectors on the connecting cables are properly seated.
2. Check the central control panel
- Is the central control panel switched on or can it be switched on?
- If yes: Switch the panel off and on again.
3. Insert the SOS fuse
- If the panel cannot be switched on, please insert the SOS fuse in the relay box. If this makes the most important functions available, the panel may be defective. Please check with a service partner.
- Only use SOS fuses temporarily in an emergency. Please remove them afterwards and contact a service partner. Further information can also be found in the owner’s manual.
