If the interior lighting is not working, there may be several reasons for this. Here is a step-by-step guide to help you find a solution for the problem.
1. Check the button modules and central control panel
- Is the 12-volt power supply switched on? Check via the central control panel.
- Is the light on the central control panel switched on? If not, it must be switched on there.
- Is the button module working properly? Is the button module illuminated? If not, only the module may be defective. If the function can also be switched on and off using another button, please check whether this is possible.
2. Check the fuse in the relay box
- Is a fuse in the relay box illuminated? If so, it is defective and must be replaced.
- Fuses eight and nine in the relay box are for the interior lighting. Count from the left, including empty slots. Check whether the fuses are seated correctly or damaged.
3. Check the light module box
- Are the corresponding fuses in the light module box intact? Please check. If not, contact a service partner.
